I. Introduction: What is caution tape for?
1. It separates -- those who can help from those who can't and those who are working from those who are watching2. It spotlights -- the area needing work to be done3. It warns -- shows that there is danger on the inside4. It protects -- the worker from distractions and the work from defilement

1. **On the outside is recruitment2. **On the inside is work to be done3. Will you break through the caution line?

1. **On the outside is safety2. **On the inside is danger3. Will you break through the caution line?

II. The work is out there not in here. Will you go beyond the safety of these walls to work?1. **On the outside are lookers2. **On the inside are workers3. Will you break through the caution line?
A. Only 5% of the world lives inside the USA but 95% of the Gospel witness is here.
B. That means that 95% of the world lives outside the USA but only has 5% of the Gospel witness.
C. Again the work is out there. Will you go beyond the caution line to the work!?
